We're looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our distribution channels, both offline and online. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, have a strong understanding of the retail environment, and have a passion for improving the lives of our customers through our products.
- Establish and maintain relationships with grocery stores, supermarkets, and other potential points of sale.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Get orders from various retail channels, and ensure they're promptly fulfilled.
- Proactively manage and monitor stock levels across all sales points to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
- Explain about products and pitch with thorough knowledge to retail outlets and place the products there.
- Follow up on payments, ensuring all transactions are conducted in a timely and transparent manner.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure promotional activities are effectively communicated to all retailers and marketplaces.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help shape our sales and marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and e-commerce platforms.
