Regional Sales Manager, Telangana

We’re looking for a dynamic member to join the Sales team to lead the Telangana and AP State Sales Team. They will be responsible for managing the distributors and retailers. The ideal candidate will have experience launching brands and growing them. They will report to the Sales Head/CEO.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key distributor /retailers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand retail presence.
  • Manage sales team to ensure visibility in market, retailer connect and implement on-ground schemes.
  • Ensure timely reporting, sales/distribution analytics and market intelligence.
  • Develop promotion schemes with management to ensure products move from shelf.
  • Should have entrepreneurial spirit to build brand and grow with it.
Other Expectations
  • Atleast 7-8 years experience in FMCG Sales having managed distributors retailers
  • Experience of launching brand and growing it
  • Experience in baby products, mother care products, pharma OTC products, wellness products.
  • Should have managed a team of 5 or more directly employees and distributor sales team
  • Deep knowledge of local retail market.
  • Should have worked with distributor to optimize route, expand coverage and gather market intelligence.
