Customer Relations Executive

Rorosaur is seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Relations Executive to join our team. This role involves responding to customer queries, addressing complaints, solving product and shipping issues, and collecting customer feedback as a primary responsibility. The successful candidate will also liaise with other departments, such as shipping, to ensure seamless and satisfying customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, social media, and other customer interaction plaÆžorms.
  2. Collaborate closely with our Shipping Manager to resolve shipping issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Address customer complaints, aiming to resolve them quickly and effectively, maintaining the brand's reputation and customer loyalty.
  4. Assist customers with their product-related queries, leveraging deep product knowledge to provide accurate information and guidance.
  5. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to understand customer needs and preferences better and to improve our products and services.
  6. Oversee the distribution of free samples to customers, ensuring a positive brand experience.
  7. Liaise with various departments to ensure the implementation of feedback-based improvements.
  8. Continuously enhance knowledge of our product range and industry trends to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
Other Expectations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the FMCG
  • industry.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Deep understanding of customer service procedures and principles.
