We sterile pack this puree into the pouches and seal them. These pouches are then subjected to pressure and heat along with water. This kills all microbes. As a result the food inside the pouches is sterile and safe with 100% nutrition locked until its opened.
This is the same technology used for food taken by astronauts into space. Its called Retort Technology. Our shelf life study reports validate this methodology.
