Refund & Return Policy

Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products being preservative-free baby food, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken for safety reasons.
Damaged/Tampered Items: Your baby’s safety is our top priority, so if a package arrives damaged or the seal is broken, do not use the product. Please contact our customer service team immediately with a photo of the damage within 24 hours. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund right away.
Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, we will request bank details for a direct transfer.
