We cook the food to perfection and gently make a puree of the product. We then sterile pack this puree into the pouches and seal them. These pouches are then subjected to pressure and heat along with water. This kills all microbes. As a result the food inside the pouches is sterile and safe with 100% nutrition locked until its opened.
This is the same technology used for food taken by astronauts into space. Its called Retort Technology. Our shelf life study reports validate this methodology.
