MONDAY

Dinner: Coriander Curd Rice
Heat ghee along with cumin seeds in a pan. Add rice and hing, and cook it on a medium flame for around 60 seconds. After adding 1 cup of water, cover the mixture with a lid. Cook on a medium flame for 10-12 minutes till the water has evaporated and the rice is overdone. Cool the rice, add coriander, curd, and blend it in a mixer. Now serve!
TUESDAY
Brekkie: Peary-Y-GreenMid-day snack: Mashed bananas
Lunch: Millet-Y-Pumpkin
Evening snack: Wheat-Y-Ragi
Dinner: Oats and Apple Porridge
Mix ¼ cup of oats with 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Stir till there are no lumps. Instead of chopping apples, grate them and add to the mix. Make sure to remove the outer layer! Cook it for another 3-5 minutes depending on the consistency, and serve it warm to your baby.
WEDNESDAY
Brekkie: UpmaIn a pan, roast ½ cup of suji with ghee.
Take another pan, add cumin seeds and ghee, along with ginger and saute it. Add a pinch of turmeric powder. For the next step, you need to add 1.5 cups of boiling water along with the roasted suji to the mix. Stir till the suji absorbs all the water. Cook on a low flame for 5 more minutes, and your super nutritious meal is ready to be served!
Mid-day snack: Cucumber Basil
Lunch: Wheat-Y-Ragi
Evening snack: Sweet potato chaat
Boil the sweet potatoes and chop them up in squares. Also chop tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers into small squares. Toss it in a bowl and drizzle a little bit of olive oil. Top it up with a little bit of lime!
Dinner: Rice-O-Lentils
THURSDAY
Brekkie: Millet-Y-PumpkinMid-day snack: Sliced mangoes
Lunch: Rice-O-Lnetils
Evening snack: Pear-Y-Green
Dinner: Mashed Avocados
A simple fruit, so easy to serve. Peel the outer covering and mash the avocados with a fork or spoon. Squeeze just a little bit of lemon before feeding it to your baby!
FRIDAY
Brekkie: Cucumber BasilMid-day snack: Bottle Guard Halwa
Let’s get cooking!
Lauki (Bottle Gourd) is very rich in water & fibres but is difficult to get your little ones to eat. Disguising it in the form of a dessert allows for nutrition & taste.
-With Ghee in the pan, add the lauki then sautee for 8-10 minutes to get rid of the rawness.
-Add water & bring it to a boil for 10 minutes on a low flame.
-Once cooked well, add the Dates & Dryfruit powders & mix.
-Let it thicken & add elaichi powder & give it a final sautee.
-To garnish, add a few strands of water-soaked Saffron.
Lunch: Millet-Y-Pumpkin
Evening snack: Greek Yoghurt
Dinner: Wheat-Y-Ragi
SATURDAY
Brekkie: Carrot PorridgeChop up some carrots and dates and soak them in water. Steam the carrots. Once done, blend it along with the dates for a nice consistency. Heat some ghee in a pan and add this mixture to it. Cook on a medium flame and add boiled milk. After another 2-3 minutes of stirring and heating, your dish is ready!
Mid-Day Snack: Pear-Y-Green
Lunch: Rice-O-Lentils
Evening snack: Ragi Kheer
Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan. Add 4 tbsp of ragi powder and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add 2 cups of hot water and stir until the mixture is smooth. Add dates powder and blended nuts and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add one or two strands of saffron for garnish.
Dinner: Millet-Y-Pumpkin
SUNDAY
Brekkie: Wheat-Y-Ragi
Mid-day snack: Fruit Salad
Finely dice some apples (after peeling off the outer layer, of course!), chop some bananas, wash your favourite berries, and slice up some papayas. Add some lime before feeding your baby!
Lunch: Millet-Y-Pumpkin
Evening snack: Mashed potatoes
Peel 3-4 potatoes. Once done boiling, add it to your mixer and blend. During this process, add 1 tbsp of butter and continue blending till the potatoes are soft and fluffy. Serve in a nice bowl. It’s literally as simple as that :)
Dinner: Rice-O-Lentils
